Today,  Chadderton officers seized a vehicle under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act after it was found being driven without valid insurance on Ashton Road in Oldham. 

Driving without insurance is not a minor offence. Insurance is a legal requirement and is there to protect everyone on our roads. In the event of a collision, insurance helps cover the cost of injuries, vehicle damage, and other losses. Without it, drivers can face significant financial consequences, penalty points, fines, vehicle seizure, and even disqualification from driving.
